What is counselling?
Often when we feel overwhelmed with things, the support of a counsellor can help you to explore your feelings and start to break problems down into more manageable sized chunks. Additionally, the pressures of modern life can make it very hard for people to have such conversations with those closest to them. Accessing counselling can take you straight to someone who will listen without judgement and work with you to develop solutions, strategies and actions to work towards identifying and achieving your own goals.
