Angela Hoey Counselling
I’ve been practicing since 2005, have a BA Honours Degree in Applied Counselling Practice and gained my Accreditation to the BACP in 2013. Initially, I worked in the voluntary (Sure Start) and public (NHS) sectors until 2013 when I started working with Employee Assistance Programmes providers and private clients.
I have counselled groups with quite complex needs and issues, including South Asian women, carers, substance users, lesbians / gays and people with disabilities as well as having experience of groupwork with adults struggling with anger management and stress related issues.
